At this time Apple has not released sufficient documentation or development guidelines let alone a VoIP compatible software development kit.
Not knowing how the iPhone is supposed to behave in certain network situations we cannot possibly guarantee anything, though we do believe, we did a good job.
In any case: Apple has announced future support for third party applications on the iPhone and we are truly looking forward to the "open iPhone".
Once we can rely on the "open iPhone" platform to behave in a documented and predictable way, there will be a final release.
