Yes. You may, in general, use sipgate through most Internet service providers (ISP's).

Although not all ISP's have been tested, we have users who report successful use with various ISP's. The main requirement is that you have a broadband connection with either DSL or cable.

Satellite broadband may work as well, but that method of broadband may create a delay in the speech.
If you want to know for sure, open an account and try it with X-Lite. If the delay is one second or less, the hardware phones or Xpro should fix that.
