The GXP2020 Enterprise SIP phone sports a new stylish design and addresses the need for an elegant IP handset solution for the executive office at a highly competitive price. The GXP-2020 provides excellent voice clarity, a comprehensive set of advanced call features, multi-language support, security protection, automated provisioning, and broad compatibility with leading SIP platforms.

Up to six SIP accounts

The GXP-2020 advanced features include 13 call appearance lines with dual color LED (6 lines each programmable with an independent SIP account and 7 programmable hard keys), 4 XML programmable context-sensitive soft keys, 8 function keys, high fidelity wideband audio, full-duplex speakerphone with advanced acoustic echo cancellation, dual headset jacks, multi-party local conferencing (up to 5-way), shared line appearance and busy lamp field (BLF), comprehensive voice codecs, integrated PoE, SRTP and TLS (pending) for privacy protection, as well as secure and automated provisioning for mass deployment. It is ideal for both the executive office and advanced enterprise users.

Large Graphic display

The large, adjustable LCD display with backlit 320x160 high resolution graphic with multi-level grey scalesshows up to 8 lines and 22 characters per line and shows the account used, and the call duration of the current call. Also shown are the connection status, time, and when the handset is in the cradle, it also displays the date (choice of large or small-letter display) You may even program the blue, backlit display to be on, off, or flash when you have voicemail. The GXP-2020 is designed for full interoperability with leading Softswitches and most 3rd party SIP devices and both offer integrated PoE as well as a universal power supply that comes with the package. The GXP-2020 also has a headset port and a port for an expansion module should the user wish to have additional transferable extensions. The expansion module can be used for 56 or with a second unit, a maximum of 112 extensions. The seven key speed dial can easily be programmed over a web browser.

Through the integrated switch, you may attach a pc to the phone.

The GXP-2020 supports a large number of audio codecs in order to ensure optimal language quality: G711 (PCMU and PCMA), G.723.1, G.726, G.729A/B, and GSM.
