Which countries are included in the EU call package?

In addition to the UK, the EU Call Package includes calls to landlines and mobiles in: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania , Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.

Are the call packages available for the whole account?

Yes! The call packages apply for calls made by every user on the account.

Are any calls not included in the call packages?

Phone calls to premium-rate numbers, geographic numbers offering premium-rate services and some mobile destinations are not included. Calls forwarded to a number external to your sipgate account are also not covered by the call package.
