What does the free trial period include?

Test the full functionality of sipgate for 30 days – without giving any bank details. The test phase ends automatically. You can switch to a full contract at any time during the test phase.

What is the right contract for my business?

In general, you can use sipgate for all company sizes – from two to ten thousand users. In contrast to business S, business L includes the functions waiting field, busy lamp field, voice menu and UK flat rate in all fixed and mobile networks. business XL also includes an EU flat rate for all networks.

Where can I find the tariffs for my existing sipgate basic contract?

sipgate basic is no longer offered to new customers. As long as you are still using sipgate basic, you can find here the valid tariffs and prices for your sipgate basic contract.

Can I port my existing phone numbers?

You can easily take your existing landline and mobile phone numbers with you. There are no costs involved – neither monthly nor for the porting itself. Find out more in our Help-Center.

How much does cellphone service cost extra?

Mobile phone integration is included in sipgate free of charge. You can order and activate SIM cards at any time free of charge. This turns your mobile phone into a fully-fledged extension – without any forwarding. Use our flat rates or billing by the minute. We offer cheap LTE data volume for mobile surfing (download: 50 MBit/s, upload: 32 MBit/s). All options can be canceled on a monthly basis.

Where can I find the starter tariff?

The free „starter“ tariff is no longer available to new sipgate customers since September.
The „business S“ tariff offers a cost-effective entry into professional telephony.

Where can I find the tariffs for my existing simquadrat contract?

simquadrat is no longer offered to new customers. As long as you are still using simquadrat, you will find here the valid tariffs and prices for your simquadrat contract.
